Pricing is affected by many factors; you can expect to pay between $50 and $150 per person for the average event.
Events are paid for on an hourly basis (2 to 4 hours is most common) for the yacht, plus food and beverages which are based on a per person amount.
Dining options include full meals as well as buffets and simple snack platters (the latter being a common sense minimum). Very high-end meals may be planned for special events, wedding receptions and other parties.
You have various bar options (cash bar, open bar with per head costs, and open "pub" for beer and wine combined with a cash bar for other cocktail needs).
The maximum number of guests is typically in the mid 100s, with the per person expense dropping considerably as more people join the party.
Smaller groups of ten or twenty are fairly common, though it can be pricey on a per-person basis since the cost of the yacht is divided by so few passengers.
